Typical U.S. delivery

Typical U.S. delivery is 10–18 business days from purchase, including made-to-order production and carrier transit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Halloween 2026 planning cutoff

Order by October 2 for the best chance of delivery before October 31. Orders placed later may arrive after Halloween. Carrier, weather, address, and seasonal-volume delays can affect timing.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is emailed when a package ships and may need up to 48 hours to show movement. Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive separately.

Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately about an error, but changes are not guaranteed once production begins.

International delivery

Timing varies by destination. International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, those charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delays and delivery issues

Holidays, weather, customs, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our control may delay delivery. If tracking is marked delivered, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact us if the package remains missing.
