Ordering for Halloween 2026?
Order by October 2 for the best chance of delivery before October 31. This is a planning cutoff, not a guaranteed arrival date. Orders placed later may arrive after Halloween.
Production and delivery
Your item enters production after purchase and then moves into the carrier network. The 10–18 business-day U.S. estimate includes both stages. High-volume holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs, and address issues can cause delays.
Tracking
When a package ships, a tracking link is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the label is created. If an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.
Address accuracy
Please check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, and country before submitting payment. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes are not guaranteed after production begins.
International orders
International delivery timing varies by destination and may be subject to customs review, import taxes, duties, or handling fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delayed, lost, or marked delivered
If tracking is delayed, allow several business days for carrier updates. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If it remains missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
