We want you to feel more confident choosing a fitted made-to-order style. Eligible orders include one size exchange, alongside our 30-day support for damaged or incorrect items.
One-time size exchange
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange for the same style in a different size. The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of fragrance or marks, and returned with its original tags. One size exchange is available per order. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and the replacement is sent after the returned item is approved. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Because replacement items are made to order, an exchange may not arrive before a particular event or holiday. Exchange availability may be limited by production capacity.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the full item, the problem area, and the shipping label when relevant. After review, approved claims may receive a replacement or refund.
Change of mind and color preference
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, a change of preference, or choosing a different color. The size-exchange option above applies only to the same style in a different size.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but requests are not guaranteed once production has started.
Return authorization
Do not mail an item back without contacting us first. We will provide the authorized return instructions. Packages sent to another address may be refused or lost and may not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time before the credit appears.
Exceptions
Gift cards and items marked final sale are not refundable or exchangeable unless required by law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
