What does made to order mean?
Your item begins production after your order is placed. This helps reduce unnecessary inventory, but it also means production time is added before shipping.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart shown on the individual product page and compare it with a similar item you already own. Measurements can vary between products, so the product-specific chart always takes priority.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.
When will my order arrive?
Made-to-order production happens before transit. Delivery estimates may appear at checkout or in your shipping confirmation. Carrier delays, holidays, customs, and severe weather can affect timing.
Will separate items arrive together?
Not always. Items may be produced or fulfilled at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages with separate tracking links.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after a label is created.
What if my address is wrong?
Contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change the address. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind or chose the wrong size?
Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for preference changes or incorrect size/color selection. Review the product-specific size chart before ordering.
What if my item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund.
Will colors look exactly like my screen?
Screen settings and printing processes can cause small differences in color. Placement and scale may also vary slightly across garment sizes.
