Refund policy

One-time size exchange

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request one exchange for the same style in a different size. The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of fragrance or marks, and returned with original tags. One size exchange is available per order. Customers pay return shipping, and the replacement is sent after the return is approved. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Because replacements are made to order, an exchange may not arrive before a particular event or holiday. Exchange availability may be limited by production capacity.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and clear photos. After review, approved claims may receive a replacement or refund.

Change of mind and color preference

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or choosing a different color. The size-exchange option applies only to the same style in a different size.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us immediately to request a cancellation or change. Requests are not guaranteed after production begins.

Before returning anything

Do not mail an item back without authorization. We will provide the correct return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time. Gift cards and final-sale items are not refundable or exchangeable unless required by law.
